Regulatory Enforcement and Court Proceedings
The GRAI has identified compliance matters involving the unnamed operator, which manages an active prediction platform. Caulfield noted that the authority will assess the company’s response to initial regulatory notices before determining the next steps. If the platform does not comply with the regulator’s directives, the GRAI plans to file a case with the high court.
